- For products purchased in-store or online, customers can return the product within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.
- Products that are damaged or defective upon receipt will be replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer.
- Products that are not defective, but have been opened and used, may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Software and consumables (such as ink cartridges and batteries) are not eligible for return, unless they are defective.
- Custom-built computers & Laptops (branded, new, used or Refurbished) are not eligible for return.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and will be processed within 5-7 business days of the product being received and inspected by our team.
